{Huntington, West Virginia}...Police arrested Brian J. Johnson, 35, of Proctorville, Ohio, and Mark A. Sowards, 38, of Huntington, and charged them with first-degree arson after they allegedly set fire to an abandoned home on 21st Street in Huntington early Friday morning. Sowards is a volunteer firefighter at the Central Township Joint Fire District in London, Ohio. Johnson is a convicted felon and was recently released from prison after serving time for aggravated burglary. Sowards and Johnson are scheduled to be in court August 27th.Friday, August 17, 2012
