{Wayne, West Virginia}...A Wayne County magistrate has dropped murder charges against Andrew Burgess, the man charged with murder in the shooting death of Thomas Epperly. Burgess claimed he shot Epperly in self-defense after a fight at the Rich Oil gas station on Waverly Road Saturday night. The Wayne County Prosecutor's office says the case was dismissed without prejudice which means it could still be brought before the grand jury if more evidence is presented.Wednesday, August 15, 2012
