{Charleston, West Virginia}...AEP customers Jonathan Shaffer, 32, of Charleston, Tiffany Shaffer, 24, of Poca, Bryan P. Javins, 33, of Nitro and Jeanette Boggs, 58, of Nitro, have all been sentenced to home confinement to be followed by five years probation after they conspired with AEP property damage adjuster Deborah Farmer to file illegitimate damage claims against AEP. All will be subject to electronic monitoring. Farmer was sentenced Monday to three years in prison.
