{Charleston, West Virginia}...Officials at the South Central Regional Jail say Charles March, the man charged with murder, attempted to commit suicide by trying to jump off the second tier of a cell block about 7:00 A.M. Wednesday morning. Police say March killed Kathy Goble of Charleston in 2010, dismembered her and buried her remains in a shallow grave in the yard of his home in Chesapeake, West Virginia. Goble, who was March's co-worker at Kelley’s Mens Shop in Charleston, went missing in April 2010, but her remains were never found until May 2012.
