{Charleston, West Virginia}...Thursday, Kanawha Circuit Judge Tod Kaufman agreed to continue the trial for 39 year old Mark A. Terry until December, due to his attorney's request. Terry was scheduled to go on trial next week after being accused of second-degree sexual assault, first-degree sexual abuse and sexual abuse by a parent, guardian or custodian. A teenaged girl told police she had been babysitting for the Terry family the night she was assaulted.
