{Charleston, West Virginia}...Police arrested Jay McFeely after they say he jumped over a fence at an American Electric Power building on 29th Street West in North Charleston around 7:00 A.M. Sunday morning while trying to steal copper wire from the property. After McFeely was arrested, police say he admitted that he was involved in two other breaking and entering crimes in Kanawha County.
