{Chapmanville, West Virginia}...Thirty-three year old Thomas Dillion of Chapmanville was arrested Thursday and charged with four counts, including negligent homicide. Police say, on August 8, 2011, Dillon was driving erratically and at a high rate of speed near Chafin Branch on Route 10 in Logan County when he crossed the center line into the path of a motorcycle operated by 21 year old Cory Price, the son of Chapmanville Mayor Jerry Price. Price died from his injuries.
