{West Virginia}...Arthur Cerda, 24, of South Charleston, died after his vehicle crashed into a tree about 1:30 A.M. Friday morning. Deputies say Cerda was driving along Childress Road in Alum Creek when he lost control of his car, went over a hill and hit a tree.
