Work Release Escapee Captured

• {West Virginia}...The West Virginia Division of Corrections says Terry Scott McClure, 44, was captured early Monday morning after escaping Sunday from the Charleston Work Release Center. He was scheduled to return to the center at 7:00 P.M. Sunday but never returned. McClure, also known as Shawn Maynard, had been charged with two counts of forgery and uttering in Fayette County.
