{West Virginia}...Paul Herbert Chambers, 39, of Morgantown, who was serving 1 to 10 years for forgery, uttering and fraudulent schemes in Monongalia County, escaped from the West Virginia Division of Corrections Huntington Work Release Center around 8:40 A.M. Tuesday morning. Chambers has blonde hair and hazel colored eyes, is approximately 6 feet tall and weighs 293 lbs. He has a tattoo with two orange cats on his back with the names ZACK and KUNDAL and a cross tattoo on his right forearm.
