Body Found In Fayette County
- {West Virginia}...Fayette County Sheriff’s Deputies are investigating after Timothy Boley, 40, was found dead Friday afternoon on the grounds of ACE Whitewater Resort in Minden. Boley is believed to have been attending a business meeting at the resort. According to witnesses, he spent Thursday night at the Lost Paddle Bar at ACE leaving around 9:30 P.M. Captain Sizemore, a detective with the Fayette County Sheriff’s Department, says Boley apparently walked to the edge of a cliff, fell over about nine feet and landed in a small creek. Evidence implied that Boley was intoxicated when he left the bar.
