Charges Dropped Against Mingo County Man

{West Virginia}...Murder charges have been dropped against James Harrison, a Mingo County man accused of killing his brother Matthew. Harrison was arrested in July after police say he fatally shot his brother at their mother's home near North Matewan. The Prosecuting Attorney's Office says evidence indicated Harrison acted in self defense. Attorney's for Harrison say he killed his brother because he was trying to protect his family.
