Thailand-Based Company Coming To Charleston
{West Virginia}...Thailand-based Precision Converting Solutions LLC announced Thursday it has chosen Kanawha County for its first North American manufacturing and research and development facility and it plans to make a $6 million investment creating 25 high-technology jobs. The new jobs will be engineer and technician positions specializing in precision machining, stamping and converting of high precision components. Precision plans to begin operations in January 2012 in an interim center while construction of a new 20,000 square-foot clean room manufacturing and R&D center is completed at a yet-to-be announced Charleston location. Plans are to be fully operational by January 2013.
