{West Virginia}...Charleston police arrested a 16 year old from Detroit and 19 year old Josh Devere after an officer noticed a Jeep dents and bullet holes in the Save-A-Lot parking lot on Virginia Street shortly before 3:00 A.M. Wednesday morning. Police say the same Jeep had been involved in a hit and run Tuesday evening. During the investigation, the driver, Joshua Adam Devere, told police someone had shot at him while he was trying to buy drugs. The teen passenger was arrested for having 10 grams of heroin, while Devere was charged with DUI.
