Nitro Man Arrested For Sissonville Shooting

{West Virginia}...Kanawha County Sheriff's Deputies say Timothy Michael Chapman, 36, of Nitro, turned himself in about 7:30 P.M. Thursday in connection with a shooting Wednesday morning at an apartment along Lakeview Drive in Sissonville. Matthew Singleton, who suffered a gunshot wound to the chest, was taken to a hospital. Chapman is serving probation after he pleaded not guilty to second-degree robbery on the grounds of mental illness. Police say, last February, Chapman approached the service desk at the St. Albans Kroger and threatened to blow up the store if he didn't receive money.
