{West Virginia}...According to the West Virginia National Guard, a T-28 from the six-plane Trojan Horsemen Demonstration Flight Team crashed and burst into flames at the "Thunder Over the Blue Ridge" air show in Martinsburg Saturday, taking the life of the 54 year old pilot, John "Flash" Mangan of Concord, North Carolina. The post-World War II plane crashed into a runway and exploded. Mangan graduated from the U.S. Air Force Academy, served in the Air Force for 13 years and had been piloting planes more than three decades.
