Elderly Woman Sentenced For Selling Drugs

{West Virginia}...Sixty-nine year old Clo Ann Copley of Crum was sentenced Friday to 1 to 15 years in jail after being convicted in August for selling Hydrocodone and Oxycodone. Copley was one of nine people arrested during a drug round-up in Crum in March when officers confiscated a large amount of pills, stolen guns and stolen ATV’s. Trial testimony revealed Copley traveled to Coral Springs, Florida to get her prescriptions filled and sold them from her home in Crum. Copley must serve at least one year of the sentence before being eligible for parole.
