- {West Virginia}...Police say 26 year old Anthony Driscoll was shot in the leg on 9th Avenue in Huntington last Saturday night. During the investigation, police realized Driscoll hadn't shown up to court on a past felony charge so he was arrested. Thursday, Eugene Walmsley,31, of Huntington, was arrested and charged with malicious wounding for shooting Driscoll. If convicted, Walmsley faces 2 to 10 years in prison.
