{West Virginia}...Thomas Redding, a Georgia man currently serving 69 months in federal prison on drug charges, entered a Kennedy Plea Friday in a case stemming from the July 2009 shooting death of Billy Jordan in Huntington. Jordan was taken to Cabell Huntington Hospital where he died from his injuries. Redding, who was scheduled to stand trial September 27th, will be sentenced September 16th.
