{West Virginia}...An arrest warrant has been issued for 36 year old Timothy Michael Chapman of Nitro, who is wanted on a felony malicious wounding charge. Sissonville Deputies say 32 year old Matthew Singleton was taken to the hospital with very serious injuries after being shot once in the chest around 3:00 A.M. Wednesday morning. An initial investigation indicates the shooting happened after an argument between the victim and other male acquaintances at an apartment on Lakewood Drive. The suspects fled the scene.
