{West Virginia}...Friday, a Kanawha Circuit judge sentenced 33 year old Arthur Jackson Byrd III of Nitro to 120 days in prison and at least five years on probation. Police say, last January, he was high on Hydrocodone and bath salts in his apartment when he thought someone was trying to break in and fired a 12-gauge shotgun, stricking a Chinese food deliverywoman in the head. He fired his shotgun into his wall and then ran outside and fired another shot that riddled the deliverywoman with shotgun pellets. He also will spend weekends in jail for the next year.
