South Charleston Man Allegedly Violates Parole

{West Virginia}...Daniel Hicks, the man police say lured about 20 young athletes and two coaches to South Charleston under the impression that meals and lodging would be provided at Hicks' school, called the West Virginia Prep Academy, was arrested Wednesday. Police say Hicks violated his parole after serving time in jail for a January 2010 drug conviction in Putnam County. South Charleston Police Chief Brad Rinehart says Hicks failed to update his current address to parole officers.
