Cabell County Man Waives Extradition

{West Virginia}...Hubert Allen Porter, a Branchland man accused of holding his estranged wife, Alicia Huffman, hostage for 20 hours and fleeing to Virginia, waived extradition Thursday morning in Roanoke County Circuit Court. Porter will return to Cabell County to face charges of sexual assault, kidnapping, burglary, domestic battery, destruction of property and domestic assault. Porter is currently in custody at the Western Virginia Regional Jail.
