{Huntington, West Virginia}...Huntington Police say 20 year old Quazaa Farrow of Maryland was arrested Friday morning in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Farrow is accused of shooting 26 year old Mikeal Branch on 18th Street in Huntington in the early morning hours of July 5th.
