St. Albans Couple Charged With Wanton Endangerment

{West Virginia}...Lewis R. "Chuck" Law, 74, and Darlene Law, 51, were arrested for wanton endangerment Saturday after St. Albans Police responded to domestic disturbance call with shots fired at a home on B Street. Darlene Law told police her husband, "Chuck" shot at her in their home and that he was a convicted felon. Law also claimed his wife had fired shots at him. "Chuck"  Law had left the area, and police say Darlene Law became uncooperative. A little over a half hour later, police returned to the area to check on Darlene's welfare, at the request of her mother, and found Mr. Law's car in the driveway. A search warrant was obtained and police seized two 22 caliber rifles, one 22 caliber revolver and several rounds of ammunition. Lewis Law will also be charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm, and Darlene Law will also be charged with battery on a police officer.
