- {West Virginia}...Huntington Police say Ralph Young of Fairmont was under the influence of alcohol and was driving without a license when he hit a telephone pole on the corner of West 12th Street and Washington Avenue just after 3:00 P.M. Monday afternoon, causing the pole to fall into a nearby yard. Two people in the car with Young were sent to the hospital after suffering non-life-threatening injuries. Young was arrested at the scene and charged with DUI.
