{West Virginia}...Carlito Carter, 32, of Dunbar, faces up to 40 years in prison and a $5 million fine after pleading guilty Friday to distributing 28 grams or more of crack cocaine. Carter told investigators he sold 115 grams of crack cocaine to confidential informants on April 28th, May 20th and June 6th. Officers recovered the money they had recorded and then used to buy the drugs. Carter will be sentenced December 6th.
