{West Virginia}...The West Virginia State Police went to Kenny’s in Hamlin Friday after they received a call about a man who had been parked there harassing waitresses and had a lot of cash, pills and syringes. Police charged 53 year old Johnny Miller of Melrose, Florida with delivery and possession of a controlled substance. Troopers seized $1,300 in cash, $3,250 worth of prescription medication and a 2008 Hyundai Sonata. Miller’s passenger, Charles Anthony Frye was released, but police say warrants are forthcoming.
