{West Virginia}...A Hurricane High School senior is dead following a head-on vehicle accident. Investigators believe Kara Sue Stowers, 17, of Culloden, was somehow distracted while traveling on State Route 34 between Teays Valley and Winfield Thursday night when she drove her car into the path of a pick-up truck coming in the opposite direction. Students are planning a candlelight service for dusk at Hurricane High School Tuesday. The driver of the truck was not injured.
