{West Virginia}...The Education Alliance announced Friday it will host former first lady Laura Bush at its annual dinner on November 9th at the Clay Center. The event will include a reception at 5:30 P.M., and the dinner is scheduled to start at 6:30 P.M. Bush is the honorary ambassador for the United Nations Literacy Decade.
