- {West Virginia}...Hobart Fugett, the owner of Dandy's Bar and Grill in Williamson, in Mingo County, has been arrested for allegedly shooting a man outside of his business around 3:30 A.M. Thursday morning. Police say it appears Fugett got into an argument with a man outside of the establishment, pulled out a gun and shot the victim in the head. The victim was taken to the hospital, but has been released. Fugett is charged with malicious wounding.
