- {Charleston, West Virginia}...Secretary of State Natalie Tennant says early voting remains a popular choice among West Virginians. Early voting for the May 8th primary will begin Wednesday. Those who want to vote early have 10 days to go to their county courthouses or courthouse annex during regular business hours to cast their ballots. Early voting will be available April 25th through April 28th and April 30th through May 5th. Early voting will not be available Sunday April 29th.
