Federal Disaster Declaration Expanded

{Charleston, West Virginia}...Governor Earl Ray Tomblin announced Friday that the federal government is expanding disaster assistance to those in Lincoln and Mingo counties who suffered damage from March flooding. Heavy rain and tornadoes hit Lincoln, Marion and Wayne counties from February 29th through March 5th. Then on March 15th storms caused flooding, mudslides and landslides in Logan, Lincoln and Mingo counties.
