Man Indicted On Interstate Crime

{Beckley, West Virginia}...An indictment returned Tuesday by a grand jury in Beckley charges Ashlee Courtney Liebert, 33, of Michigan, with crossing state lines to engage in illicit sexual conduct with a 12 year old girl. Police say Liebert and his alleged victim were found together in a vehicle early March 11th on Cross Creek Road near Buffalo. Both were nude or partially nude. An initial criminal complaint, filed in Putnam County Magistrate Court, charged that Liebert traveled to northern Putnam County to meet the preteen in person, approximately five months after they became acquainted through Internet play of the video game "World of Warcraft."
