Father And Son Plead Not Guilty

{Charleston, West Virginia}...Charles Woodson, 59, and his son 19 year old Kenneth Woodson were in Kanawha County Circuit Court Wednesday to be arraigned on charges of malicious wounding and attempted murder. Police say the father and son got into a fight with Andrew Watson in November 2011 along Madison Street in Charleston. Watson was hit several times with a baseball bat and police say Jillian Hagelin tried to step in to stop the fight. That is when she was hit in the head. Watson and Hagelin were taken to CAMC General. Both are scheduled for trial on June 5th.
