- {Huntington, West Virginia}...Virginia Nicole Cooper, 30, of Huntington, has pleaded guilty to distributing crack cocaine to an informant with the Huntington Violent Crimes and Drug Task Force on June 28, 2011. Cooper also admitted she let people use her home as a location to prepare crack cocaine for distribution. Cooper faces up to 20 years in prison and a $1 million fine when sentenced August 13th.
