Charleston Man Fatally Struck By Train

{Charleston, West Virginia}...Police say Ezra Shawn Mullins of Charleston was fatally struck by a train about 2:30 P.M. Sunday afternoon along the tracks near the University of Charleston. Police say Mullins was struck in the area of the 31st Street crossing in Kanawha City and was dragged a half-mile before the train came to a stop directly across the road from the university's entrance. Investigators say he may have been walking the track while wearing headphones and was unable to hear the oncoming train. Mullins was a 1999 graduate of George Washington High School.
