{McConnell, West Virginia}...State Police in Logan County say 61 year old Kathy Gibson of Nibert was killed Wednesday morning after stepping in front of a car on Route 10. Investigators say Gibson and two friends ran out of gas near McConnell. Gibson got out of the car and attempted to flag down a passing motorist but stepped into traffic. No charges will be filed against the driver.
