{Point Pleasant, West Virginia}...Former Mason County Sheriff David Anthony is set to be sentenced Monday after being arrested in November for firing a gun into the air above his son's head while intoxicated. He agreed to a plea deal last month that included his resignation from office and dropping out of the race for re-election after an audit of his office showed funds missing. He faces up to three years in jail.
