Woman Enters Kennedy Plea

{Huntington, West Virginia}...Kimberly Deel made a Kennedy Plea Tuesday in Cabell County Circuit Court to a charge of first-degree robbery. Kimberly Deel, Joshua Deel, James Perry and David Deel, were all charged with robbing Java Joe's on Third Avenue in Huntington last May. Huntington Police say Perry and David Deel walked into the parlor pretending to be customers and Joshua Deel went into the store, held a knife to the clerk's throat and made him open the machines to get the money. Joshua Deel was sentenced to 30 years in prison, and James Perry was sentenced to 10 years in prison. Kimberly Deel will be sentenced next month.
