{Charleston, West Virginia}...Testimony could begin as early as Tuesday in the second trial of 20 year old Brandon Gray, a Charleston man charged with the June 2011 murder of 29 year old Timothy Thompson, Jr. Investigators claim Gray fatally shot Thompson during an arranged drug buy near Stockton Street and First Avenue. Gray's first trial in February ended with a mistrial after a juror was admitted to a hospital and could not continue to hear testimony. Jury selection for Gray's second trial started Monday afternoon in front of Kanawha County Circuit Judge Jim Stucky.
