Charges Dismissed Against Former Prep Player

{Huntington, West Virginia}...Sex charges against former Huntington Prep basketball player Raven Terrance Lee of Michigan have been dismissed. Marshall University Police arrested Lee in August 2011 on two counts of sexual abuse and two counts of attempted sexual abuse after a female student claimed to have been attacked in one of the residence halls. The Cabell County prosecuting attorney filed a motion Monday to dismiss all charges against Lee. Lee, who was dismissed from the Huntington Prep basketball team when the charges were filed, is not expected to return to the team.
