Principal's Assault Case Sent To Grand Jury

  • {Point Pleasant, West Virginia}...Point Pleasant Intermediate School Principal Cameron Moffett appeared at a preliminary hearing Monday in front of Mason County Magistrate Gail Roush charged with one count of felony assault for a March 21st incident involving special needs student 11 year old Zach Plants. Moffett is accused of pulling Plants off a school bus, putting him on the ground and putting his knee in his back. Magistrate Roush bound the case over to a grand jury.
