{Charleston, West Virginia}...Timothy Carter of Tornado, in Kanawha County, was sentenced to 15 to 35 years in prison and 50 years of supervised release Friday. Assistant Prosecutor Steve Connolly said Carter seduced two 13 year old girls, one from Putnam County and one from Mason County. Carter also had sexually explicit pictures of the girls on his phone. He plead guilty to the charges earlier this year.
