Man Accused Of Sexual Abuse

{Charleston, West Virginia}...Kenneth R. Fraker, 55, of Eskdale, a man wanted for allegedly sexually abusing several boys in West Virginia, turned himself in to Kanawha County Sheriff's Deputies Wednesday. He's facing several charges in Ritchie County. West Virginia State Police spokesman Sgt. Michael Baylous says Fraker allegedly lured young boys to a hunting cabin in southern Ritchie County, got them drunk, gave them drugs, showed them pornography and coerced them into sexual activity.
