Murder Fugitive Arrested
- {Holyoke, Massachusetts}...Federal officials say U.S. Marshals, along with state and local police, have arrested 32 year old Vicky "Lucky" Bonilla, a man wanted for more than a decade for a 2001 slaying of a woman in Keyser, West Virginia. Authorities say Bonilla was arrested without incident in Holyoke, Massachusetts. Federal authorities say Bonilla, who is a convicted sex offender in New York, has avoided capture by using false identities and has failed to register as a sex offender where he has lived.
