Man On Home Confinement Busted
{Charleston, West Virginia}...Brian E. Collins, 26, of Charleston, was arrested Tuesday after home confinement officers went to his home on Barton Street after they received complaints from neighbors about excessive late night traffic to the residence. Officers contacted the Kanawha County Sheriff's Office after they searched the residence and found more than 15 grams of powdered cocaine, a small amount of marijuana and more than $1,300 in cash. Collins had been placed on home confinement for a narcotics violation. Cpl. W.C. Moyers, who seized the drug evidence, will conduct an investigation related to new narcotics violation charges.
