Man Allegedly Stabs EMS Worker, Steals Ambulance

{Summersville, West Virginia}...A man is facing several charges after deputies say he stabbed an ambulance driver and stole the ambulance Tuesday on Route 20 in Nicholas County. The Nicholas County Sheriff's Office says Frankie William Stroup, Jr., 25, of Leivasy, stabbed Quinwood Ambulance EMS worker Ryan Sparks, 23, of Richwood, with a pair of scissors and then stole the ambulance and drove it a short distance before crashing it. Stroup, Jr., was charged with malicious wounding, grand larceny and felony destruction of property.
