Charleston Man Pleads Guilty To Copper Theft

{Charleston, West Virginia}...Forty-four year old Ronald Taylor of Charleston pleaded guilty Monday to stealing copper rain gutters and downspouts from homes in Kanawha City and Edgewood Drive areas in August. Taylor said he took the copper to Nitro Recycling Center, and employees there did not question where it came from. Taylor will be sentenced in February. Indicted along with Taylor was Robert S. Foster, 41, and Jeffrey Taylor, 42, of Charleston.
