Huntington Man Faces Sexual Abuse Charges

{Huntington, West Virginia}...Huntington Police arrested 24 year old Brandon Lee Osborne Saturday morning and charged him with trespassing, first-degree sexual abuse, first-degree sexual assault, attempted burglary, fleeing on foot and first-degree battery on an officer. Officers say Osborne inappropriately touched a woman at a pool hall along Washington Avenue and tried to force her into a supply room in the back of the hall, but he fled when police arrived on the scene. Police say he attempted to break into several homes before they caught up with him. During the arrest, police say Osborne tried to fight several officers and even faked having a seizure.
